Very well written, light, humorous, motivational, great advice that really works. Terrific casual style but some personal examples go on a bit too long sometimes. Good balance between the two authors, breaks up the pace. I read the original book first, then my wife's "for women" version. Both are excellent. Highly recommended. Get an enjoiable read while absorbing the motivation to visit the gym more often.

Very motivating! I have gifted this book to several friends who embarked on a lifestyle change. It is my go-to "bible" to get me up and moving.

Excellent book, I had already read it and got one for my sister-in-law, who just retired. She loves it and started reading it the very next day after her retirement party!
