When you read the book you will find you are not doing near enough. Can't say I've given up my white bread or my beer but we do stay on our bikes 4-5 times a week for at least 20 miles but generally ave more like 30 each ride.
Janelle, there are actually two versions of the book, one for women and one for men. My wife read the ladies version which I believe is slightly different than the mens in connection with the section on nutrition. if you can only find one of the two, I am sure it would still be worthwhile.
