These gloves were snug when I first put them on but not uncomfortable. And once you use them a few times they fit perfect! Padding is in the important spots but not so thick it hinders mobility. Personally I love the shorter cuffs because they do not interfere with my watch which I have to wear at work. First pair has lasted for 2 months and no holes at the fingertips. I have ordered 2 more, one for home, one for work and a spare in case I lose one.
I am including my hand dimensions to help those with small hands to know if these will fit:
Width of palm from outside bottom of thumb to outside bottom of pinky - 4"
Length of index finger - 2.5"
Circumference of Wrist - 6"
Using their measurement chart placement - 7"
I hope this helps.
I like these a lot, nice and soft with room for moderate length nails. They are comfortable, strong and look to be very well made. i am glad I got them and would recommend them highly.
In addition to riding with them, I use them for general barn chores such as hauling hay, buckets, dragging a hose, etc. They are very durable and I am only buying a new pair because I lost my old pair. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants some extra protection for their hands but still keep a lot of dexterity.
