IF YOU THINK THIS WORKOUT WAS EASY - YOU WEREN'T DOING IT CORRECTLY! Great and trusted trainer, Keli Roberts, takes a different approach to ab workouts. It takes a lot of concentration and correct muscle contractions for the movements to work. It's easy to do it wrong - therefore making it feel easy.

This video does have some really good ab work. However, it is not very exciting and interesting. Therefore, you will not want to keep coming back to do this video. The video is broken into segments and each segments' exercises get more and more difficult, with the last segment being very difficult. IF YOU THINK THIS WORKOUT WAS EASY - YOU WEREN'T DOING IT CORRECTLY! Great and trusted trainer, Keli Roberts, takes a different approach to ab workouts. It takes a lot of concentration and correct muscle contractions for the movements to work. It's easy to do it wrong - therefore making it feel easy.

I consider myself at an intermediate level in ab workouts. Although many reviewers call this video "slow", it isn't for the beginner. You really need to discipline yourself in order for this video to be effective. When she calls a segment advance, she really means it. It not only requires strong abs but strong backs AND arms as well! The "& More" part of the video is the strenghthening of the back and what Keli has termed the "functional isometric pelvic stabilization."

If you're tired of the usual ab workouts and are extremely discipline, this could be the workout for you. Keli is great - she slowly builds you into each segment. But I must admit, I don't use this tape as much. I'm not that discipline.

This video does have some really good ab work. However, it is not very exciting and interesting. Therefore, you will not want to keep coming back to do this video. The video is broken into segments and each segments' exercises get more and more difficult, with the last segment being very difficult. The problem with the video is that like one customer said in a previous review this video is a little slow moving. In additon, you also have to keep changing the equipment you are using. For instance for one segment you need a step, but for another you just need a mat and towel. I tried this video once or twice but I had a hard time getting myself to do it on a routine basis. I found that The Methods: Precision Toning video with Jennifer Kries, which uses Pilates exercises was much more effective for abs and a lot more fun to do. In fact, this tape is about an hour long, which is twice the length's of Keli's, but the time goes by much quicker. Also, for a real nice quick 20 minute workout for abs, Rodney Young's Yoga Ab workout is very good. Finally, another great tape is Karen Voight's Streamline to Fitness. The second half of this tape is 30 minutes and has a great ab and back workout as well as pushups and Yoga stretching moves at the end. I do like Keli's Circuit Training workout a lot, but this one just didn't cut it compared to the other workout videos currently out there.

Keli Roberts offers continuous instruction focusing on proper form. Understanding how to isolate abdominal muscles is key to obtaining results and this workout has taught me a lot. This workout contains several levels -- allowing the user to progress to more difficult exercises.

Keli is a professional and she delivers results, not only - "easy and fast" but really - a workout. Good work, Keli, and I hope to see more of her tapes in the market.

P.S. Most of her exercises require to control your posture.
Therefore, I think, many users of the tape do not get the results they could just because it is so easy to do these exercises in a wrong way.

If you don't feel this one, you're doing it wrong. The movements are small and concentrated--and very effective. Keli's instruction is great. This is so much more effective than traditional abdominal exercises.

I am fit since I have been into sports as long as I can remember.
But Keli's ABS tape is a CHALLENGE. I have seen many areobic instructors in my life but I have never seen so good ABS workout as the one offered by Keli. She is a professional and if you will be 100% compliant with her instructions, you will see the results fast.

If you will not follow her instructions, this workout may seem as an easy one. The ease should be your warning of doing smth wrong.

My husband and I call Keli Roberts "the abdominatrix" because I used to weep at the difficulty of Level 4. I would only do one level each day. I quickly improved, my midsection looks _great_, and I can even do Level 4 without cursing. I combine it with aerobic workouts. It's the best ab workout I have: it's not boring, and it certainly isn't ugly, like those hideous Abs of Steel videos. I only wish it were available on DVD. It would let beginners work out to the lower levels first. Of course, you can do the whole workout at once (levels one through four), but then you're a real masochist.

This is NOT easy workout. Keli is ABS Queen.
She does a great job in this exercise video and you will see the results if you will do all exercises CORRECTLY!
