As a consulting psychologist with over 30 years of experience coaching leaders, I can attest to the practical wisdoms in this book. I only wish that the book had been available for my clients years ago! If you are a manager enduring a difficult boss, or you simply want better ways to cope with a sensitive or ego-driven boss, this is the book for you. You will learn a host of way to influence your boss, and establish your credibility as a resouce while re-inventing yourself.
