First of all, you need to realize that this product is for beginners. It's very user-friendly. Even if you've never had any experience with a word processor such as Microsoft Word you should be able to use this. However, it should also be noted that if you have Word you could make an end product very similar, if not better than anything you could do with these products. I look at this 10-pack as a whole bunch of templates for Word that I don't have to create.
