I'm glad this book was assigned for my class. I looked through it and it's well put together. I read all kinds of career information books and none have the exercises that really go onto describe the 60 second elevator commerical, in depth ones examining the reader's thoughts on what they need in a job.

I received the product within the time notified and it was in great condition. It's exactly what it says it is and I am happy with it. I will be buying my books here more often.

My son needed a book that was over priced at our college. I ordered the text on Wed. afternoon. It was processed that evening and I got it in 3 days!! I had made a request shortly after my order was made and got a reply almost immediately that they would try to get it sent out to me the next day. I appreciated the "extra" attention and the great customer service!

This book is wonderful for preparing college students for the real world. Plenty of information about everything from interview etiquette to advancing in the workplace.

Delivery was several days early and product was in exact condition, as described. I have been ordering books from Amazon.com for two years, for every semester of college. Only had one bad experience but it would have been avoided on my behalf, if I had completely read the description. Thought that I verified that disk was included with my book, but after receiving at my home. I went back to description after opening package and reading my order form in bold black letters packaged with my book reading "disk not included," and same description on website--some how overlooked. In result, I have had OUTSTANDING OVERALL SERVICE WITH AMAZON.COM, EXTREMELLY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank you amazon, for all the savings you have brought me, and I hope the perfect service continues!

The listing for this book stated that a CD would be included. It was not included and was actually torn out of the book. The book itself is in decent condition, with the cover all bent to hell. The chapters, of course, are still readable and the book did serve it's purpose. I just don't appreciate the false advertising.

I was very grateful that I was able to receive my textbook in such great shape and in such an expeditious manner. I will definitely buy from them again!
