Editorial Reviews

Review

This is an invaluable resource for any family living with inflammatory bowel disease. Written clearly and accessibly, it covers all the important aspects of IBD. It’s a wonderful companion guide, full of information, support, and resources that will help a child and his or her family manage all facets of the disease.

(Kimberly Frederick, LCSW, MSW, The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America)

An interesting and easy read... anyone who has been diagnosed with a condition that fits within the IBD definition would also benefit from the read.

(Paul Watson Nursing Times)

By far, the best book about pediatric IBD in the stores. My group gives this book out to all our new pediatric IBD families - great for parents and for adolescents. Extensive, detailed, and up-to-date - highly recommended!

I bought this book as a gift for a friend. Her nephew was recently diagnosed with Chromes Disease. She had a lot of questions about it. After speaking to her a few weeks after receiving it, she is very happy. She is his caregiver so it was very important for her to know how to take care of him

I love that this is a collaborative effort. It is simple to understand and clearly resonates the calm reassuring voice of a pediatrician. Great for both parents and kids.
A special "thank you" to the editors for compiling such a valuable resource and for their continued committment to kids with IBD!
