Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

"Your Child’s Fitness is an easy-to-read, informative book . . . Each chapter is filled with practical advice on how to incorporate fitness into your child’s everyday life."

Journal of Women’s Health

"Although the course of health care reform likely will be debated in Congress for years to come, the importance of developing healthy lifestyles--at all ages--is becoming increasingly clear. In her book, Susan Kalish provides a realistic evaluation of the fitness level of our young people and does more than prescribe exercise and diet programs as remedies. She develops a fundamentally new and constructive approach based on the active leadership of each of us as adults and parents."

Richard G. Lugar United States Senator, Indiana

"An important topic, a ‘must-read’ for all parents."

Kenneth H. Cooper, MD, MPH Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Cooper Clinic
