After discovering Dr. Christiane Northrup on my local PBS station, I was amazed at the content that was presented. This audio program is a useful tool to every person on this planet. I say this in spite of her emphasis on female-related topics. Men will find a deeper understanding of every woman in their lives, as well as a huge amount of content that applies to us as well. The key I think that ties the genders together in this work is the simple fact that both men and women, in varying levels, have the same hormones within us (you'll find that's strongly related to what we should be eating individually).

Human development over the centuries have brought us to a clear understanding of what makes us who we are. You quickly will hear the conviction and authority in Dr. Northrup's presentation, a testament to her understanding of this development process. I personally am treating "Your Diet, Your Health" and "Eat Right 4 Your Type", a book with a wealth of helpful information, to become cornerstones of wellness development. These two products complement one another significantly. You are encouraged to experiment with the foods you eat, specifically with what works for YOU. Nothing force-fed! This should truly mark the end of an over-extended "diet era", particularly here in the United States. When you have listened to it several times, you should feel a strong urge to share it with all of those people that you really care about. It's that good.
