I found this book to be comprehensive and thoroughly detailed.

It has information for multiple scenarios and when it is right to seek out side help.

I saved vast amounts of legal costs when this book told me exactly what I needed to do.

Divorce sucks, but it doesn't have to be as intimidating a process as it can seem to be (your results may vary). Nolo Press does a great job in providing layman-level information with little legalese. Organized well, clear in it's explanations, it's a worthwhile reference book even if you have an attorney (sometimes *especially* if you have an attorney!). For those concerned about their rights in a divorce or separation this is a great book! I purchased this for a friend of mine and her anxiety and stress levels decreased dramatically after reading through a few sections that pertained to her issues. . . and BOY does she have *issues*!! Keeping her from totally wigging out was worth the price!

Vendor was prompt with shipping and book arrived in very good condition. I would buy from them again, though I really hope my friend is smarter next time!
