I became aware of Donna McCue one morning when she appeared as a guest on a local radio program. She was giving mini-readings to callers in the listening area. Her vibrant personality and humor caught my attention and, within a short amount of time, it became apparent that she had an amazing intuitive ability. As part of the show, she offered a mini-reading to anyone who sent her a photocopy of their palms along with their own personal copy of her book "Your Fate is in the Palm of Your Hands". Because I was so intrigued by her, I decided to go ahead with the offer ... perhaps in hopes that she would enlighten me on some "magical fortune" coming my way. Much to my surprise, her mini-reading provided me with astounding insight about Me and My abilities. Inspired by such insight, I immediately began reading the book and didn't put it down until I'd finished! The contents of the book is incredibly interesting. It talks about the lines on your hands, what they mean, and how they can change as your life changes. For example, I had always known about the "marriage line(s)" and, up until I'd read the book, thought I'd never marry again. Guess what! There is a faint new line appearing!

The book's contents is written in a positive, spiritual manner with a twist of Donna's humor. There is nothing "magical" about it ~ just an explanation of your life's blueprint. Why not read the instructions!

If you're interested in anecdotes and real-life examples, this is definitely the book for you. If you're completely new to palmistry, you may have better luck with a more focused type of book. Overall, it is well-written and great for those already daubling in the subject. However, if you're looking for something more instructional, you'll have to look elsewhere.

Donna McCue amusingly shares her experiences with the reader and she gives you a step by step process on how to know your life and appreciate it at the same time. She made me cry, laugh, and empathize with all the people who encountered her career. McCue knows how to touch your heart through your hands... This book is a wonderful read! Thank You, Ms McCue.

I've received a free mini reading from Donna McCue. Her reading made me to read her book again. At the first time of reading the book, I glanced and scanned it. Now I read the book slowly to make sure I gain the knowledge from it. It's a book of knowledge and a novel. She has reinforced my thinking.

Donna Mcue brings enlightenment to anyone who has the good fortune to read her book. It is a present you can give yourself!

This book has fascinated and deeply inspired me. I am fascinated by what palmistry can tell us about ourselves and our lives, and am inspired by Ms McCue's personal experience in her life, her strength and compassion, and her intuitive ability to help people see through the obstacles in their lives. Her great sense of humor and her optimism toward life not only makes her book interesting to read but also remind us to appreciate every single little thing in our lives and see every problem that we encounter in a lighthearted way.

Personally, I read the book because I felt lost and wanted to find directions in life. I practice the exercises that are recommended in the book to get in touch with my soul. After a few weeks of practicing, I had an increasing urge to visit New York City and also to see Ms McCue in person. So I did, and they turned out to be something very worthwhile and inspiring. Meeting Ms McCue was an unforgettable experience for me. In just the first few minutes of our meeting, I was astonished and sensed a chill in my body when I felt that she really knew me and knew how I felt inside. And I was touched by her warmth, compassion, enthusiasm toward people, and genuine respect for people. Coming back to where I live, Vancouver Canada, I brought with me a passion and a dream and also a desire to make my dream come true. Your Fate Is In Your Hands is one of the most positive and exploratory books on the subject of palm reading that I have ever read. It not only explains the lines, mounts, and shapes of the fingers, but it also gives the reader a practical guide to its application for real life. The anecdotal stories that Ms. McCue provides really support her viewpoints. Proving that, just like our palms, life is ever changing and fascinating, and what is old becomes new again. Though, as we have all come to know, regardless of the roads in life that we have traveled, truth and sincerity are always in fashion. This book has plenty of both. Thanks so much, Donna. I bought McCue's book after seeing newspaper clips from her readings of handprints of local celebrities. McCue uses vignettes to demonstrate what hand shapes and markings mean and to demonstrate how personal insight can lead to personal growth. The book is not a "technical manual." It's a fun and motivating book with enough technical information to have you searching the hands of friends and family.

Just browsing through the bookstore in town, picked this one up and couldn't put it down. Easy, entertaining, superb read. Anyone searching for answers of a spiritual, life-journey nature for themselves should grab this book. Since buying one, I've given several as gifts.
