This is the best home buying guide I've ever read!!!! It has worksheets inside to help you figure everything from, how much you can afford to what kind of loan you should apply for. You will not be disappointed, I guarantee it. I have also subscribed to her website, this lady is good.

I am a first home buyer virgin , without a clue . This book gave me insight on were to start and how to put things in perspective
Great Book !!!

I purchased this book to learn a little more about the real estate industry. The book can serve as a good reference book and give you some ideas of things you can do when purchasing your first home. The information in the book will give you a helping hand when tackling the home ownership process.

This was the most reader friendly, helpful book I have ever read. I have very little knowledge about the mortgage industry, but this book taught me all that I needed to know. I was much more comfortable walking into the mortgage company and able to ask important questions I would not have know to ask before. I also loved that the book went over every step of the process toward homeownership. Mrs. Khalfani-Cox explained how to prepare yourself and your finances before you looked for a home. She then went over what to do when you were ready to look for a home. As though she had not helped enough she also explained what to do if you are one of the more less fortunate people that ends up in forclosure. No other book out there has done this. Lynette Khalfani-Cox is the greatest.

After reading great reviews about this book I purchased it and read it while I was on vacation. The information is priceless! I'm going to go back through the book and re-read the parts that I highlighted and do some research. My husband and I are looking to purchase our first home in two years and we're going to be prepared before making the investment. Lynette did a great job breaking done everything. I highly recommend the book to any first time home buyer. Thanks Lynette for putting together an awesome resource for potential first time home buyers.
