This is a delightful book to offer to Grandchildren at the occasion of their birth or in subsequent years. It has blocks for great information that is both fun and great history. My only reason for giving it the lower score is that the binding is not a good quality, and if this is for posterity....it should last. Otherwise, a great gift for parents and kids alike.

I saw all the great reviews about this book. I was excited, when I received it looked very cheap, I got another version for grandmothers and it looks so pretty for around the same price, this book is not the book I want my father in-law to write his memories on. Straight return.

I bought this for my daughters grandfather. He is one of her favorite playmates but when it comes to his family and growing up there are many stories that she may not have heard if it weren't for this book of questions. It has great questions, some he got very indepth and others he skimmed but this book phrased things in a way so it was his choice how much or how little he answered.This was a great choice for us.

This book was purchased as a gift for someone who had become a grandfather for the first time. It was the perfect gift and he was thrilled with the concept. The book is very user friendly and will be a wonderful keepsake in the years to come.

I bought this book for my dad as he has brain cancer and was given a year to live. I thought it would be a nice momento for him to pass down to the grandkids. I think too, it gives him something to do other than thinking of his prognosis. I ended up buying one for my husband's dad and mom (they is a grandmother's version too), my mom, and my grandma (the kids' great grandma). They were all xmas presents. It is such a great idea. It will be something that I will treasure as well as my kids and their future kids.

I bought this as a gift for my dad for Christmas as I am expecting my first child next year. I love the book. It is a nice size and filled with lots of pages and questions/topics/etc. Some topics don't apply to my dad, but it's hard to make a book that would apply to everyone. I like this alot and I hope my dad fills it out for our son to have as a great reminder of him.

We have a new baby and were happy to buy this for one of our dads as a Christmas present. He has a love for writing, so we thought he'd appreciate it, which he did. I wanted to see it before I ordered another for the other grandfather, and will be doing so. The questions to answer are personal and leave plenty of room for elaboration. This is a good way for us to learn about our dads, as well as something to pass on to our kids.

I am so glad I was able to find a grandfather's book to go with my grandmother's book. And although my grandpa isn't around to fill it out, my grandma was able to fill almost all the questions out. (They were married for 50 years). I loved the whole thing. It has places for pictures, plenty of space for answers, and it's a hard back. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy this.

I'm very pleased with this book. I bought one for my father-in-law to fill out for his grandson who is due this September.

The pages are of a good quality, lots of room for pictures, and I like the short writing prompts provided on each page.

I purchased this book after perusing it at a bookstore (price was the same here but you can't beat the free shipping!). It made a great gift for my partner's parents. The information that they can record is great and I'm sure you'll find out something about your partner you did not know once these pages have been filled with stories. I love it and so did they!
