Kate Wendleton has authored some of the best books I have seen on career and job search. I picked this book up when thinking about a business. It does not disappoint. It is written in a "folksy" but valuable way and gets to the points in a readable manner. Kate does it again.

If you think you may one day want to own a business, start with this book. It really covers the basics. I could have saved myself time and money by reading this book prior to starting a business.
