I'd heard about this energy stuff but thought only a few people were given the gift. Turns out ANYONE can do this. I followed the photos and simple instructions and felt the energy coming out of my hands within the first try. WOW!

I have done a good bit of healing type work and I am also a hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner. This is one the best things I have ever seen. And it is easy to follow and to learn and to implement. Also I have spoken with Michael Stellitano and found him to be a terrific individual; extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. For anyone interested in this subject or this field of healing, this is the real thing. I also recommend getting his DVD on the same subject, also available thru Amazon; then you will have the whole thing and you will learn it quickly and completely.

I bought this book and skimmed over the first few chapters to get to the process used for healing. I practiced as instructed and finally after a week or so I tried the process on one knee that hurt more than the other (they both hurt from arthritis and a football injury) - when I got up to walk I noticed the pain in my right knee was gone so I stopped and did my left knee for a little bit. I tried not to expect anything but after a couple of steps I found I was walking pain free. I've cured myself of headaches instantly and I've used it on my dogs for various small problems. I can tell when my dog rolls over and acts like she loves my hands on her (which is most of the time but it's different when I do a healing) and when I put my hands near the ears without touching them, they begin to flutter - it's kind of weird but I guess it's from the energy coming from my hand. Oh, I was having a little trouble with self confidence so I emailed Michael - he emailed me back the same day and told me to call him. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me to make sure I was doing everything correctly. Nice guy and really caring.

I will say that this was one of many books that I have read dealing with energy healing. Michael Stellitano does a great job at not only explaining his personal journey with healing, but also at giving instructions on how to heal with energy. This is a very good book for someone who is either a novice and is new and wants to explore energy healing methods and techniques. It can also be helpful to the individuals who may have significant experience with energy healing as it is always good to be exposed to other methods and practices. And most importantly, remember that the healing is done by god and the individual who is being worked on, as the practitioner is merely a vessel or the conduit and not the healer. God bless!

I bought this book and also his DVD a couple of years ago. I was very impressed to learn that by following Michaels instructions I was able to help my family and friends with their aches and pains. Best of all I can get self-help for my own problems. Varicose veins in one leg were swollen and sore. After about 6 months of healing hands the veins have shrunk and are of very little bother. This is a very good book. I have done energy work for years. This is another great book teaching the method. After you purchase this get the DVD from the author.

This book makes it seem easy, and guess what it really is easy the way he shows it. It's a great how to heal book.

The visuals are simple. I called him for a session, and I could feel the energy coming over the phone! The really cool thing is when I started learning from this book, and his DVD later, other people could feel, and some even saw my energy field sending healing energy.
He has a meditation in the DVD which is powerful and his voice is so soothing, he is a real healer!

This is simple, and effective. Well worth the purchase price!
