I first read Oriah's books and felt a connection to something bigger than myself. The audio CD's are great for repeat listening, when you want to give yourself another nudge back on track (amazing how different things are relevant for you at different times in your life). The breath technique: breathe in 'slow down' and breathe out 'let go' has had some amazing results for me.
