For me this disc just moves way too fast and the overall tone of the it is presumptuous. I thought this sounded good as I have listened to a number of audio discs on the subject of the subconsious before but it just didn't do it for me this time. The narrator moves very fast and it was difficult to follow in some instances. This might be more useful for a more experienced listener in this subject area. I would definitely not recommend this for beginners or even the intermediate level user.
