A great practical approach January 1, 2011
I truly enjoy working with this book.
What I like most about it is that she combines both mind and body, which go hand in hand.
It's a training book on inner focus and harmony (through meditation and other exercises) and has some great nutritional tips too. She offers a practical approach and step by step guide on core and strength training with tons of photos that are easy to follow. I use it as a great supplemental tool to my gym workout.
There are also some cool relaxation exercises that I enjoy. Especially because I always forget about those.
The book is straight forward and has some humor, which makes it fun to work with.

Full, rounded, training book February 25, 2011
What I love about Tanja is her ability to deliver an outstanding message of health, beauty, spirituality and wholeness that is easy to digest and understand. I used this book to learn facts about not only fitness and nutrition but also an inner-strength that each person has to accomplish their goals. It's not enough to just want to be buff or thin, it has to be a dedication and promise to yourself and a life-changing thing to lose the weight and be the healthy person you deserve to be.

I found the at-home exercises very useful and I've felt better about myself ever since.

As a fitness instructor I consistantly use Tanja's book to be inspired both personally and professionally.

The exercises and ideas set forth in the book challenge the mental and physical misconceptions we all tell ourselves. Tanja works on the whole YOU, both mind and body. Her ten-week training schedule is a great way to begin the journey to reach your fitness goals. I take her exercises and pop them into my current workouts to keep me motivated.

The text itself is clear and concise without being condescending. And because its an ebook I can take it with me on my kindle when a travel and workout where ever I am.

Whether you are starting your first fitness program or you have been an athlete for years, this book will support you and challenge you along the way.
