I've read this book before, as well as others by Ken Keyes, Jr. He's great. His principles have kept me somewhat sane for years. I got a couple of copies as gifts. Unfortunately, since his death a few years ago, it's a bit of a challenge to find copies of his books. His philosophy distills the essence of Buddhism, Christianity, and Hinduism into a practical, verifiable system that anyone can follow.
