Nice concepts, but nothing new,

I found this book to be a nice summary of several self-help principles already presented (sometimes more clearly and authentically) by other teachers. For the novice to the field of new age and self-help, this may be an interesting read, but to me there were no new concepts or new way of presenting old concepts in this book.
