I can't comprehend how anyone gave this book a good review. The title is totally misleading.

I received it for free when I purchased the Quicken Willmaker software. I browsed through this book, expecting to pick up some helpful tips.

Instead, the book just contains a bunch of general suggestions about all topics (99% of which are not legal related). Most are common sense, so the book is really targeted towards the lowest denominator.

As someone above mentioned, make sure you take a look at a sample before purchasing. This most probably is not what you are expecting.

All I will say is, make sure you check out the sample before you actually pay for this book.

This is a fantastic little book which is geared for legal newbies. I think the best audience for this is a college student who is just getting their feet wet. The book is small, portable, economical and makes a great gift and survival guide for those just stepping out on their own. while there are issues for everyone, I really think this book is a major plus for a college student.

This book has lists of good ideas on many subjects. It is designed for young people, but is a good read for anyone.
