As a Christian, I have been waiting to have the epiphiany type moment of God telling me the best way to serve His needs. Your Ministry Matters has been a great resource, in that it describes how all Christians can be used in everyday ways to serve God, and the needs of the church. I would highly recommend this book to all looking for a better understanding in how God is asking us to serve His will.

I'd encourage pastors to place Your Ministry Matters in the hands of as many church members as possible. In the book, Pastor Ted Brancheau reignites a revolution of ministry that could transform a community. This is a great read with practical teaching on life-giving, joyful service which will bless the servant as well as those being served. Put Your Ministry Matters on your "must read" list.

Although I havn't read this book I personally know the author and I must say he is one of the most deceitful liars I have met. He had lost around 90 % of his congregation from around 2005 until present and he has up and left his church to move to Michigan, bear in mind he always told everyone he was going to be there until he died. As I said I did not read this book but I feel you should at least have an idea of his personal character before you purchase this book and help him raise anymore money for his own personal gain.
