Practical but a little far-fetched,

This book is written by Ralph Moore, a senior pastor, and Alan Tang, a marketing consultant and certified financial counselor. As you can probably guess from these author occupations and title of the book, this book is about finances and the Bible/God. The added surprise when you open up the book is that it is filled with tasty thought-provoking Bible quote that have to do with financial freedom and budgeting. This adds a spiritual/religious flavor to this read. Some of the concepts like tithing and trusting your monetary resources to God are a little hard to grasp, but there is some solid advice in here. It also comes with useful financial worksheets in the back of this quick read. Highly recommended Christian reading material. A bargain.

Some things are not taught in school,

This book helped me see light at the end of the tunnel. I'd been extended credit and not used it well. Using the guidelines in this book I was able to go from barely treading water to walking wisely, in a financial sense. I highly recommend this book.
