"Anyone who thinks tracking time is simply a necessary evil for the purpose of billing and collecting revenue needs to read Curt's book. It is a paradigm-changing read and will open your mind to the power that time knowledge can bring to any organization. Knowledge is power in today's world and as Curt illustrates over and over again in his book, knowledge of how you and your staff spend their time can make the difference between maintaining a competitive advantage over your competition or struggling just to stay alive." - Robert Virga, CEO of Accounting Software 411
"Time and cost management are the most important aspects of project management. They are big problems in many organizations. Curt Finch's new book provides an important addition to the literature on these subjects and should help many project managers and enterprises implement better management of labor costs. The book should be especially useful for service organizations and government contractors. It's also easy to read. I like it!" - David Pells, Editor at PM Forum
"A must read for every service-oriented organization." - Alfredo Mendoza, IBM Systems and Technology Group
"Measure what matters. And in today's fast-paced business environment, nothing matters more than time and its impact on productivity and profitability. While scorecards and executive dashboards have their place, managers need to get 'back to basics' and make time tracking and management a reality in their organizations. Curt Finch's sensible book offers a new look at the use of time tracking and management in the era of the knowledge worker, complete with practical tips and tools for getting the buy-in and level of detail you need." - Dr. Karen McGraw, President and Founder of Cognitive Technologies, Inc.

Timekeeping Will Increase Your Profits,
By
This review is from: All Your Money Won't Another Minute Buy: Valuing Time as a Business Resource (Paperback)
"All Your Money Won't Another Minute Buy" is an excellent book for anyone responsible for managing people and projects. Curt Finch presents a compelling case for the importance of time tracking and choosing the right timekeeping software. After a lengthy search and lots of time spent with various vendors, our company selected Journyx Timesheet as a key component to our accounting services business. I wish this book was available when we went through the selection process--it is a great guide to analyze timekeeping requirements and vendor capabilities and has many case studies that demonstrate that time tracking will make your business more profitable.

Whether you want to save time or just make more money...,
By
This review is from: All Your Money Won't Another Minute Buy: Valuing Time as a Business Resource (Paperback)
With all the time management, product management, and people management books out there, most of them are written by bureaucrat-like-managers who are touting their particular twist on time management. They name their approach something catchy, and bingo, a pseudo-best seller. With "All your money wont another minute buy", you're hearing real, proven approaches to managing time and projects. And this book was developed by an executive who created one of the first web-based time and project tracking systems. The knowledge and experience he's gained in creating these systems and working with companies to improve their time and project management is obvious in this book.

Time Really Is Money,
By
This review is from: All Your Money Won't Another Minute Buy: Valuing Time as a Business Resource (Paperback)
As someone who helped Curt edit his book, I have had countless opportunities to pore over the material. I learned so much from reading his arguments and hearing his stories in person.
"All Your Money Won't Another Minute Buy: Valuing Time as a Business Resource" gives an in-depth look at how tracking your time can make you more profitable. Simply put, keeping track of how time is spent allows you to better manage projects, make strategic business decisions, pay your employees, bill your customers and meet important federal regulations. There isn't a company out there that couldn't implement this simple method in order to increase profitability.
