Curt Finch presents a compelling case for the importance of time tracking and choosing the right timekeeping software. After a lengthy search and lots of time spent with various vendors, our company selected Journyx Timesheet as a key component to our accounting services business. I wish this book was available when we went through the selection process--it is a great guide to analyze timekeeping requirements and vendor capabilities and has many case studies that demonstrate that time tracking will make your business more profitable.

With all the time management, product management, and people management books out there, most of them are written by bureaucrat-like-managers who are touting their particular twist on time management.
