Relating our minds and souls to one another, with the practical tools that allow us to be in charge of our own lives, Addington gets at the essence of who we are, and how we can be in control. This is an active book of metaphysical prayers;one for every problem in most lives. 'Your needs met' intructs the reader in the opening pages and lights the spiritual avenues to produce self-help and healing results. I found something of value on every page. It will travel nicely where ever you go, and for however long your there. It's a book I have gone back to again and again when needing an inner boost or loving confident lift. One for you, and one for a friend would be perfect!

The book I received was falling apart and it was so old and seedy that the glue which should have been holding the binding was like corn meal. The binding was not attached at all; it was absolutely disgusting. I would have never even given someone a book like that.
