Time for a tuneup? Are you being considered for a recall? It is a great gift to finally know that we were not given an owners manual at birth so most of us either wrote our own or else bought the one given us by society. This Owners Manual makes it clear that we are the chooser and that we are responsible for what we make of our life. Truly, we will see it when we believe it. We are able to choose once again and to choose a life based on life enhancing decisions. WOW.

Burt has written a remarkable little book, easily accessible, clear and to the point. As a psychologist, I have sold over thirty-five copies to clients and have given away many copies to my friends. When people begin to apply these principles, then life starts to flow with ease and much happiness. This book could put me out of business!

I once heard a speaker comment that we came to the planet with NO "owners manual". I got great pleasure in correcting her following her speech by presenting her a copy of "Your Owner's Manual", a creative, down-to-earth practical guide to life. Burt Hotchkiss has managed to condense a variety of life's challenges, and suggest a direction to resolve or embrace them.

His easy, comfortable manner of addressing life's questions, makes every page an easy read. This is a great book to hold and simply ask "what do I want to know today?", and then open to wherever Spirit moves you.

If you're looking for a complicated "self help" compendium of lofty ideas.........this ain't it !!. <w>

IF you are looking for simple applicable solutions or discussions........you've come to the right place.

Burt is so committed to sharing his philosophies, that the book is easily affordable to anyone. Familiar new thought messages string through his book and gently take form in the heart of the reader. Creatively packaged to look like the operations manual for any lawnmower or similar piece of utilitarian equipment, it is an excellent guide to how to operate life.

In other words.........I LIKE this book !! Think you will too.

In short, it is a very PRACTICAL manual - just as it purports to be.

I have finished reading my Owners Manual and keep the tapes in my car for when I drive; which is alot. I found this book extremely EASY to follow and to digest without all the metaphysical esotericism that seems to be bludgeoning the market these days. It's simple and yet very pro- found in it's scope and application. Being a student of The Course myself, this is great listening in the car. It's stuff that you can listen to over and over again. I particularly like the Recaps in Bold at the end of each chapter, and find the "disclaimer" on the back cover very humourous, not to mention, Right On. I live in the mountains and keep a supply handy so whenever I have visitors I give them a copy for a keepsake. It's a marvelous book that doesn't require a Degree to read.

'Your Owner's Manual' by Burt Hotchkiss is designed to fill a void in your life. Every vehicle, every appliance, every important item in your life likely came with an owner's manual - except YOU. This void is admirably filled by this great little book by Burt Hotchkiss.

I confess I have not only bought and read this book, but I have bought several copies to give away, and each has created delight when the recipient 'got' the concept.

The 'Manual' is patterned closely after a standard car owners manual - the kind you find in the glove compartment. It contains good, practical philosophy of how to guide your life into paths of happiness, prosperity, and meaningful existence. The gems of wisdom you will find are designed to really make you think - and if you do, there will be a sort of "Aha" moment when you really receive each 'gift' this book contains.

It was my privilege to meet Burt on one of his many workshop 'tours' which happened to hit my Canadian home town. Talking with him, I came to understand that his wisdom comes from a life that is fully lived with joy, kindness, and generosity. The 'Owners Manual' is his offering to the world, from the heart. This small review is just my very tiny contribution - because the world would be a better, happier place if everyone read their "Owners' Manual".

In Your Owner's Manual I have located the purest, most succinct guidelines for conducting one's self. I believe anything would be possible for those truly living the path outlined in this book. For many years I have joked with people about searching for the keeper of my owner's manual. I appreciate that with this book, I have discovered the keeper is a giving and loving me.

I was given The Owner's Manual as a Gift for my Birthday last year & liked it SO well that I ordered 100 copies and gave it to all my Friends! Being a Metaphysical Minister I see and read many books, but this BY FAR is the most concise. A MUST for every Library.

When the book first came out my 20 year old granddaughter let me read hers. I was so impressed that I bought 10 books and gave them to my friends...they like the book so much that each of them bought 10 and gave them to their friends...and the sharing goes on. Now my friends want to read the book together and have a study on it, as these are thoughts to live by...so Burt said that he would come to Nebraska to help us get started....What a Book! Thanks Burt.
