My doctor asked me to get a pocket book on fiber and start counting my fiber intack. This book is small (easy to slip in purse or pocket) and has all the information I need to keep track of the amount of fiber I get in a day.

This book should be renamed the Fast Food counter. What a disappointment. There is no way to count up fresh food. Try and look up Tuna Fish and all that is listed is Tuna Casserole. This book is only good if you eat out all the time or buy frozen entrees. What a waste.
