I highly recommend this workbook for anyone looking for a guide to discovering their true nature and the art of living their everyday lives.

Be prepared though, for an honest assessment of who you are and where you are because you will be challenged to take an honest look at yourself and where you are heading.

I especially liked the way Mr. Carty had woven the use of an inner work journal in the book, which helped me put certain techniques into action - Techniques that arose spontaneously as I thought, wrote and redefined certain aspects of my life.

Donald's workbook is filled with all kinds of exercises, questionnaires, self-analysis and practical applications, that are certainly helping me to experience in a real way my personal journey for success.
