Dr. Gonzales' book is awsome! It has been a useful tool for me in my life. She has agreat way of writting so it's easy to understand, you don't have to be a PHD. I've been able to use lots of things from the book to make my life better. I've given a copy to my sister as a Christmas gift and she really liked it. She said her husband was even reading it. If you are not happy with the way things are going in your life - you should really read this. I am going to try to come to her next seminar or workshop she gives and hopefully bring my sister and mother.
