It's about taking back your power; setting boundaries;saying" I'm here" "I count" It's about giving yourself space; breathing room; it's about being in control of the most important thing you have: Your time. It's one of the best books I have ever read. Talk about self help.This is a self help book about using a single word that will, the more you learn to use it,change your life. A two letter word can change your life if only you have the courage and wisdom to use it. I highly recommend this book to you if you are serious about discovering who you are and being who you are. |
