I was disappointed by this 'book'. It is more like a pamphlet or magazine, and I didnt find the information as helpful as in other books. For a slightly higher price, I would just stick with "What to Expect when you're expecting", or the Mayo Clinic book. This book didnt add any additional value for me, and the pictures seemed out of date and "cheesy".

This is a nice book, seems more like a heavy weight magazine though, one thing is I didn't realize that this is a UK book, so some of the advice is not what you would get from a US obstetrician, so just remember to always ask your ob, and not rely only on this book. Lots of detailed pictures and drawings, including photos of a woman (very saggy woman, lol) as her body grows during pregnancy.
