I randomly stumbled upon this audiotape at a library that was about to be shut down, on a shelf of biographies.When I finally listened to it after a couple of weeks I was amazed. She is very, very good. She is so real, and her voice is so clear...suddenly through the tape you have an actual person talking to you. She is natural & informal (also funny), yet there is a magical & crisp quality in her communication as well. I feel very luck to have not only discovered her but to have discovered her on tape.

As far as the subject matter is concerned...it is true to the title. Basically this tape is an invitation to live your life on a more psychic, aware & intuitive level. She gives a certain amount of instruction on how to do so (some meditation is essential), and also tells stories of psychic experiences she and others have had. Her insights ring true & I think that what she is offering is very helpful. It is the type of "psychic awareness" that involves having good instincts & being highly perceptive in real-life situations.

This abridged audio tape left me craving more, while at the same time getting to the heart of many essential matters. How had I never heard of Sonia Choquette? I am certainly going to look into more of her work now.

I usually get tired of instructive CDs after a while, have to put them away for a month or so before listening to them again. However, this CD I listen to over and over again for inspiration. It might have to do with Sonia's voice, which is enthusiastic, animated, and just plain sweet. I found the audio qualitiy excellent.

She tells stories to illustrate her points about the steps to psychic development. Each step is thoroughly explored and clearly explained, and her speaking style, although animated, is at a pace that allows the listener to ponder a point she's made without losing the next point Sonia's moved onto. Actually, she explores each point thoroughly, often pausing just at the right place. She doesn't seem rushed or as if she's trying to get through the CD; she seems to be enjoying what she's sharing.

At one point, the recording is live, but her style remains the same and the sound quality remains excellent; it just changes somewhat. I heard the audience laughing a couple times, but there is no sound of coughing or chairs moving or things dropping, etc.

Sonia clearly defines the steps to psychic development, explores each step thoroughly, gives stories to support each point, and then shares ways to stay on the path of success. And she does all this in a fun way, seeming to be speaking directly to me, my personal friend. Any time I need to be lifted up, I stick this CD in the player and listen to her enthusiastic, loving, sincere, and genuine voice.

I found it a great complement to the book, "The Psychic Pathway", having read first, and then listened to the CDs.
The author's messages were both inspirational and theraputic.

I found the voice quality varied a great deal. There were numerous segments that had far too much bass and too little treble. It was about 50% marginal listening, especially with any ambient noise - sounded like a product not created in a studio environment where technical problems could be ironed out. This detracted from the messages being presented. The tracks could have been listed as to content, which would have been helpful to a listener, but were not. These shortcomings lowered my rating by two stars.
