5.0 out of 5 stars Great songs., January 7, 2001

This review is from: Your Revolution (Audio CD)
I actually bought this as a vinyl recording in hopes of finding some new sounds to spin. I had originally seen DJ Vadim on tour several years ago with others on the Ninja Tune label. For anyone who has heard anything of this label you know that they produce tight records filled with beats and abstract sounds. These songs are excellent, especially the first mix with Sarah Jones. "Your Revolution" is a fantastic song. Jones has smooth vocals, and I can't help but play the song again and again and again...It is a rebuttal against mainstream hip-hop, and I love it. The songs are mostly laid-back, and definately worth a listen.
