About the Author
Megan Addis is Liberty's Advice and Information Officer. Prior to joining Liberty she practised civil and criminal litigation. Penelope Morrow is Liberty's Advice and Information Project Officer. She is admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor. Liberty (the National Council for Civil Liberties) is Britain's leading campaign body working for the promotion of civil rights.
