I'm a great fan of John Maxwell's work because he doesn't waste my time with endless discussion about theory and principles, he gets to the point and shares useful insights and tips I can begin to apply right away.

This book, like his other helpful workbooks, provides a step-by-step method for working through the principles shared in the original book. By working through each daily step I can learn and apply every point covered in the original book and put it into practice right away. How simple is that?
