This is an inspiring, colorful book with simple & beautifully creative journaling examples. It quickly teaches you how to pass on your thoughts, beliefs & values simply and how get the point across without getting overly wordy. It has a wide variety of page examples (bright, soft, rustic, pure, etc) so there is something for pretty well everyone - and much for the diverse scrapbooker or journal keeper. There are not a lot of popup kind of items as this is more on a personal level, and less for all out entertainment. For those whose world is overburdened, who feel lost, or who just need to get centered, I'll guess this'll be seriously therapeutic. These simple projects will provide a great way to decompress or to leave a memory of who you Really are to pass on to your kids & grandkids.
