J. Donald Walters (Swami Kriyananda) is an internationally known author, lecturer, and composer. Widely recognized as one of the world’s foremost authorities on meditation and yoga, he has taught these principles and techniques to hundreds of thousands of students around the world.

A good overview of western and eastern approaches to astrology,

This is an entertaining and useful book for people who are exploring astrology from both a western and an eastern perspective. The eastern view emphasizes our spiritual development while the western concentrates more on personality traits we feel we might be 'stuck' with. Kriyananda offers a positive direction to all the signs. He shows that no one sign is any 'better' or 'more spiritual' or advanced than any other, just as no part of a circle is 'more important' than any other part. The book is compact but packed with great information. I study astrology a bit and found this book a good addition to my library.
