Nick really captures the emotion of anyone who has ever said to themselves,"If they could only see me now". We all have our best elements, our places where we fit best. Nick melts the love crush angst of wanting to be accepted for a romance relationship with tongue n cheeck humor through such lines as "When I'm in my element, smokin' pot".
Others songs like "Too Much to Ask" demonstrate a catchy restrained funk groove on a love song motif-- Is some affection in a relationship really too much to ask for?
Nick has a knack for catchy grooves complemented by his sincere vocal presence. For all that's put into it, buying this CD certainly isn't too much to ask for!
