Product Description

This video series is intended for an audience, ages 15 to 24, who are preparing to enter the job market or who have recently entered. "YOU'RE HIRED" is comprised of seven modules on four tapes, and runs 50 minutes. Each of the seven modules is designed to stimulate discussion about key elements of basic customer service, and is accompanied by a guide with handouts that can be used by both the student and the trainer.

Through entertaining and informative dramatic scenarios, set in a variety of service sectors, youth are shown the practical customer service skills they will need to impress potential employers. Once they become an employee, he/she will be able to put these skills into practice and contribute to the organization by providing effective customer service.

As a young person for whom this series is intended, I have nothing to say but DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The principles addressed are very relevant but can be conveyed in a less condescending, cheesy way. Those who can direct, do make good movies, I suppose - and those who can't, just do really bad training videos! Sorry!(It would be okay, I suppose, if it were free...)
