I spent four miserable nights awake for hours coughing, sneezing, and trying to sleep inspite of my nasel drip and the rest of my sinus allergy. A friend recommended Dr. Grossan! I went to see him and I was cured in five days without nedication! I only used water with a little salt to irrigate my nostrils at his direction using the Hydro Pulse, a small irrigating machine which he invented.
A dripping nose, a sore throat,a painful sinus headache, a tickling or itching, allergy and/or watering eyes are confronted and explained in his book.
There are pictures of Xrays of sinuses with detailed explanations of what to do "if"! He also explains which over the counter medications may be used for which ailment.
He also tells how to eliminate sinus problems and how to avoid sinus surgery,
This book is a treasure of usable information, easy to read, and written so simply that it is fascinating.
The subjects he explains in the appendices (such as How to Dust Proof Your Bedroom, How to control Indoor Mold, The Psychology of Stress and Anxiety, and many more) are worth the price. Where else can I find a detailed list of which over the counter medications really work?
I feel very fortunate to own this book and I salute Dr. Grossman for explaining simple solutions and for making life much easier.
I highly recommed Free Yourself from Sinus and Allergy Problems to everyone. It is a pleasure to own and to know that certain solutions to these kinds of problems are waiting on my book shelf in case I need them. Geraldine Harris, Beverly Hills, California

This new book by Dr. Grossan offers a wealth of information on treatments for various sinus-related conditions. The recommended treatments are 1) inexpensive 2) easy to implement and 3) effective. This is an excellent reference guide for those who wish to alleviate their sinus problems without unnecessary (and potentially harmful) drugs or surgery.

Evidence-based treatments from from nasal irrigation to proper diet to relaxation techniques are covered - and at length. As an empty nose syndrome (ENS) sufferer, for instance, I find the recommended breathing techniques while doing biofeedback in the comfort of my home to be very practical; and the best part is it does not cost me a penny!

Dr. Grossan's conversational and easy-to-understand style of writing make this book an enjoyable read.

I was told that I needed very serious sinus surgery and given basically no other options. After contacting Dr. Grossan and reading his book I followed his advice on how to rid myself of this problem and am now sinus disease free. The surgeon wanted to know just how I accomplished this. I just told him (he was an ENT)- to read Dr. Grossan's book.
