5.0 out of 5 stars How to Write Poetry, April 7, 2009
I picked this book up from the library on a lark and started to read it through. I found the approach in the first few chapters very matter of fact and direct without getting involved with a lot of technicalities of writing. The process recommended observation and note taking as a fundamental, which made a lot of sense to me. I looked for the book on Amazon and purchased it. I am looking forward to using this book as a practical manual not just for poetry but for all writing.
