This book has a lot of curriculum in it. It has many different activity plans designed to help youth understand and respect each other. It teaches them the imbalance of power and control in relationships and the ideal of a healthy relationship. I would recommend this book to any teacher, professor, or social worker to use with their students. Students can use this book as a workbook; it's very interactive.
