brilliant ,wonderfull c.d

Title says it all, this album is awesome. I've had it for years and needed to replace it after my cd's, all 300 or so, were stolen. Some I cannot get, even here. But if your a metal fan this is a must have in my opinion.

This is one awesome album. The original songs from Youthanasia are classic Megadeth, but the remixes of S.O.D. and H.W. are great songs for those who love Megadeth and industrial rock. What else could a band like Nine Inch Nails and Megadeth come up with but a great industrial song like Symphony of Destruction. I recommend this CD to any Megadeth fan.

This Japanese version of Megadeth's Youthanasia is simply killer...the live tracks alone are worth the extra cash in my opinion,and the song Crown Of Worms is awesome too! In my opinion,this cd is very under-rated and overlooked...This cd still has all of the classic Megadeth elements,such as killer riffs and the trademark Dave Mustaine snarl,it's just slower,that's it,period! I don't understand why any Megadeth fan would reject this cd,but we all have our own opinions...songs like Reckoning Day,Train Of Consequences,Black Curtains,Victory,and Blood Of Hereos have the trademark Megadeth riffs,and Songs like Addicted To Chaos show an amazing in-depth songwriting ability by the man Dave Mustaine...Personally,I like all of the songs on this cd,even the title track that everyone thinks is so terrible...on to the 3 live tracks,Holy Wars will simply blow you away,and Symphony Of Destruction and Sweating Bullets sound really awesome live too,the sound quality of these live tracks is pretty much an A+,b/c you can hear all of the instruments really well...So to sum up this import version of Youthanasia,they made a masterpiece better just by adding 3 live bonus tracks with killer sound and a good bonus studio track called Crown Of Worms!!! 13 stars out of 5!!!
