Jimmy Heath - tenor and sop sax

Not just another tenor sax quartet recording. Guitar rather than piano in rhythm section gives this recording a fresh sound. Heath has a light sound on his tenor, and also plays tasteful soprano. A mix of styles and tempos, well played. Fine SteepleChase recording.
