The Author takes a refreshing look at an age old problem "Dieting". Encompassing the whole person, she takes the reader through all the reasons why diets fail and how to end the misery and myths of dieting. Step by step she explains how the body responds to a diet, what we eat or dont eat, that actually sabotages the main goal, losing weight.

Each chapter addresses the old myths of cutting out sugar,fat, weighing everything, and bulldozes them ALL. The reader will learn that he/she can reshape the way they think about food, how they look and feel about themselves and YES lose weight safely and permanently, WITHOUT DIETING!

There are many reasons why anyone is or becomes overweight, cruelly told they are fat, lazy or bored, this book dispells those myths and shows the reader that it could be stress, glandular,medication or going from one diet to another that is the problem.

Read this book and you will have a sense that Wow, someone really is telling me what I have known all along "Diets don't WORK! I encourage anyone who is sick and tired of forever watching what they eat, making mealtimes a misery, to buy this book, you will never regret it, instead you can yell "I'm FREE"
