Product Description

A new era has dawned and Yu-Gi-Oh! returns with a fast paced twist on card dueling. Yusei Fudo and Jack Atlus are the hottest new duelists in New Domino City and have taken dueling to the streets in a hot new motorsport called "Wheelie Breakers" that combines traditional card dueling with Duel Runnner racing. Players climb upon their Duel Runnner motorcycles and summon monsters from their decks to battle each other as they race the streets or track. Their monsters use unique attack powers to try and defeat other riders competing against you. By defeating a rider you steal his summoned monsters and add them to your deck. This is a no holds barred battle for track supremacy in a combination of wheel and deal!

3.0 out of 5 stars More of a racing game June 16, 2009
Fun: 3.0 out of 5 stars
I was disappointed, I was hoping to get a yu-gi-oh dueling game, but this is more of a racing game. The dueling is hard to do if you're focusing on the race. And if you lose the race you lose the match, life points don't matter.....

4.0 out of 5 stars Yugioh 5D's Wheelie Breakers August 27, 2012
Fun: 4.0 out of 5 stars
This perticular Yugioh 5D's game features you as a rookie duel runner racer. The player competes in races that innvolve using special monsters, speed spells, and traps. This game is somewhat different because you have to focus on 2 aspects of the game, racing and dueling. The rivals do not lose if their life points reach 0, but only slows them down. The player needs to focus on both aspects or the opponents will gain an advantage. I recommend this game for yugioh fans who want to try something new.

Fun: 2.0 out of 5 stars
This games is not like the tv show. You don't get to play a regular duel. It is just about reaching the finish line before your opponent. You can summon monsters, but they are only used to slow your opponent down. The spells and trap cards just give you a boost of speed. When you or the opponent loses all their life points, the points just go back to normal. The DS game, World Championship 2009 is better.
