5.0 out of 5 stars Ultimate Dragon Deck
I just got this deck today. I have to admit, this is one of the better pre-made decks i have seen. I have always liked Dragon-type monsters, so this deck is one of my favorites. Even if you don't like playing with pre-made decks, i suggest getting this just for the good cards it has. I have painly put together a list of the deck. hey, give me a break! my pS2 is...

This deck includes the new Red Eyes Darkness Dragon which will probably only appear in this deck, just like the Scapegoat card in the Joey Starter Deck. 5.0 out of 5 stars Ultimate Dragon Deck, February 12, 2005

I just got this deck today. I have to admit, this is one of the better pre-made decks i have seen. I have always liked Dragon-type monsters, so this deck is one of my favorites. Even if you don't like playing with pre-made decks, i suggest getting this just for the good cards it has. I have painly put together a list of the deck. hey, give me a break! my pS2 is getting repaired, so i have NOTHING to do!

Effect Monster Cards:
1 Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon
1 Element Dragon
1 Red-Eyes B. Chick
1 Twin-Headed Behemoth
2 Armed Dragon LV3
2 Armed Dragon LV5
3 Masked Dragon

Normal Monster Cards:
1 Red-Eyes B. Dragon
2 Luster Dragon

Spell/Magic Cards:
1 Swords of Revealing Light
1 Heavy Storm
1 Pot of Greed
1 Snatch Steal
1 Premature Burial
1 Mystical Space Typhoon
1 The Graveyard in the Fourth Dimension
2 Reload
2 Creature Swap
2 Nobleman of Crossout
3 Stamping Destruction

Trap Cards:
1 Curse of Anubis
1 Trap Jammer
1 The Dragon's Bead
1 Call of the Haunted
1 Reckless Greed
1 Ceasefire
2 Interdimensional Matter Transporter
2 Dragon's Rage

What i don't like about this deck is that you often draw all Spell and Trap cards and you don't have any monsters or any you can summon without a tribute. Also, it has no Monster Reborn. It does have Premature Burial, but that costs 800 LP. I added a Monster Reborn to make it better. I also added a Spirit Ryu to increse the number of dragons in my Graveyard. You may be thinking Huh?, but there is a logical explanation. Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon has the effect to raise his ATK power by 300 for every dragon in the Graveyard. He gets 300 automatically when you sacrifice Red-Eyes B. Dragon for him, but why not have more power?

My favorite Trap Card is Curse of Anubis. The effect is that all the monsters go to defensive mode and all Effect monsters get 0 defense. Use Fairy Metior Crush and you got it in the bag!

If you think you are going to get all confused and not know the combos in the deck, not to worry. The deck comes with a flow chart to help you summon the right monsters at the right time. Try including other monsters besides dragons, too. Lord of D. and his Flute of Summoning Dragon is an obvious combo that doesn't come in the deck. Expiriment for yourself.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dark-X reveiws Dragon Structure Decks, February 11, 2005
A Kid's Review
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Yu-Gi-Oh! Dragon's Roar and Zombie Madness Structure Deck (Toy)
Hello everyone, this is Dark-X. Before I start the reveiw, I ant to say something first. People on here are getting ripped of by purchasing god cards, gate guardian, and other bad cards. They think that they got a good deal, but they don't. You must include lower level monsters so you can sacrifice for the bigger ones. Thats why you shouldnt use god cards or gate guardian. I am only here to make sure YOU dont get ripped off. Now moving on to the reveiw

This deck comes with cards hich are very hard to get, very good, and very valuable. Heavy Storm, Call of the Haunted, Torrential Tribute, Nobleman of Crossout, ,Mystical Space Typhoon, Luster Dragon, and Swords of Revealing Light sell for more than 20 dollars each and it is in here. It comes with the 5.0 version of the rule book, a dueling mat, and a tip book to give you pointers. I am an expert at this game and I know what is good and what is bad and I know that this is great!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for beginners, February 14, 2005

This review is from: Yu-Gi-Oh! Dragon's Roar and Zombie Madness Structure Deck (Toy)
Well, first and foremost, I am an advid Yu-Gi-Oh collector and player. I'm 17 and goin to regionals soon (Horus will dominate!).
This deck is great for beginners. 3 of my friends who have recently become interested in the game bought it after I told them about it. Most of them now are pretty experienced duelists. This deck is also greta due to the fact it contains common versions of alot of cards such as:

Heavy Storm
Call of the Haunted
Nobleman of Crossout
Luster Dragon
Premature Burial
etc...

This way, people just beginning don't have to trade their entire collections or spend 20+ dollars trying to get them.

So, all in all, this is a great purchase for anyone interested in the Yu-Gi-Oh trading card game. Same thing goes for the Zombie Madness deck.
Side note: Anyone who uses god cards, which are not legal, are n00bs.

This deck includes the new Red Eyes Darkness Dragon which will probably only appear in this deck, just like the Scapegoat card in the Joey Starter Deck. Though it lacks any great strategy other than summoning dragons, it has some pretty useful cards. I bought this for my younger brother and he was thrilled at the fact that several cards (Call of the Haunted, Premature Burial, Creature Swap, Curse of Anubis, and Snatch Steal especially) were now available as commons. If you want the three cards listed above without having to spend a load of money on packs, or if you're a collector with a taste for dragons, this deck is for you. It just depends on what you have already whether you'll like this a lot or a little. If you're a starter/newbie/beginner, I'd recommend the Zombie Madness Deck if you want an up-to-date newly released preconstructed deck. If you're a dragon fan, this is okay, give or take a few adjustments.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for dragon lovers, November 9, 2005
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Yu-Gi-Oh! Dragon's Roar and Zombie Madness Structure Deck (Toy)
My (now) 4-year-old loves Yu-Gi-Oh! and dragons, so this was a no-brainer. A lot of dragons to make me one popular Mom. While he is too young to play the game the "correct way," we simply battle with monsters and the highest attack value wins. It is great for teaching numbers and concepts such as higher and lower and even simple addition and subtraction. Sneaky, I know.

This is the best structre deck ever! It comes with a game mat, a rulebook (5.0), and a guide how to summon the mighty Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon that is included. my favorite cards are Red-Eyes Black Chick, Red-Eyes Black Dragon and ovcourse Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon. It gains 300 ATK points for every dragon in your graveyard. The whole deck is only spell cards, magic cards, and all monsters are dragons in the deck. Red-Eyes has 2400 ATK and 2000 DEF. Buy this!

With the advent of structure decks, the playing field has been leveled somewhat. There is less of a rift between the casual player with $5 a week loose in his pocket and the power gamer (who, no doubt, has done extensive hunting).

While I don't care for the featured card (Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon is a watered-down Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon...only without the immunities), the support cards are quite nice. Moreover, they can be rearranged to suit any dragon deck--or, if you cannibalize it, you can beef up just about any deck with Call of the Haunted, etc.

Good things do come to those who wait...and this deck is only the beginning.
