I go to the gym just for this machine, but got tied of waiting in line for others to finish their work out, so i decided to invest in my own calve machine. I didn't think something this priced could duplicate the fancy, pricey manchine's you see in todays gyms...but thankfully i was wrong!

This machine isolates the calve muscle, just as efficient, if not better, than the ones at the gym thanks too the moveable step/foot plate.

So if your looking to fill out those chicken legs..this machine is an awesome investment!
